Early School Days

Bablu’s first school was the Ameerpet Euro Kids, a pre school play group. He attended Euro Kids for about 6 months before joining Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan’s Public School at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad in June 2007 when he was a little over 3 years old. Padmaja and I were not sure if we wanted him to start regular school at 3. Mamli, our daughter, also started at the same age and she too is the youngest in her class. Anyway, we filled in the application for admission to Lower Kindergarten (LKG) at BVBPS in Nov 2006. Bablu was eligible for the “Sibling Quota”, a set of 20 seats available only to students who have a sibling already studying in the same school.

• 2007 – 2008: LKG at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School, Jubilee Hills

• 2008 – 2009: UKG at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School, Jubilee Hills

• 2009 – 2010: Class 1 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School, Jubilee Hills
